Refund Policy

Purpose

Cambridge Center of Analytics recognizes the importance of protecting the learner and the institute’s financial interest. The purpose of this policy is to establish guidelines for refund of course fees and other fees charged by Cambridge Center of Analytics in an unforeseen situation and student willing to discontinue the qualification.

The aim of this policy is to:

• Protect the learner and institute in case of discontinuity of any learner.
• State the guidelines to be followed to avoid any conflicts in future.

Policy Sections

Students who have completed more than 40% of a program for which they have paid are not entitled to a refund. The institutional refund policy is for the students who have completed 40 percent or less of the course of instruction shall be eligible to apply for refund in case of discontinuation.

• If a learner completes all the admission formalities and pays in full but withdraws within 10 working days, he/she will be refunded 100% of the deposited amount including transportation fee.
• If a learner completed 20% of a program, he/she shall be refunded 60% of the course fee, transportation fee is non-refundable in this case.
• If a learner completes more than 20% and less than 40% of a program, he/she will be refunded 50% of the course fee, transportation fee is non-refundable in this case.

Guidelines

• All requests for withdrawal need to be submitted in writing, addressed to the Head of Finance & Accounts of the Institution.
• This policy is applicable during the entire tenure of the student’s lifecycle in the Institution.
• All issues and grievances related to refund need to be addressed in writing to the accountant of the Institution.

Review

This Policy would be reviewed annually by the Management. It may also be reviewed in case of any substantial change, whichever is earlier.
